Inner Processing Optics
During laser cladding or laser hardening, standard optics available on the market are generally used. The processing of inner contours (e.g. injection molds, cylinder sleeves, construction parts out of the paint industry, natural gas and oil industries) requires, however, special processing heads. The subassemblies needed for the functions, such as beam guidance and beam forming, power feed (for the cladding), the protective and process gas feeding (for the protection of optical components) and the cooling circulation (for the cooling of optical components), all have to be housed in a compact cabinet.
IXUN Laser Technology GmbH develops and delivers laser optics, powder and protective gas nozzles for the processing (laser hardening, laser joining, laser cladding) of outer and inner contours for all laser beam sources.
